The organizer accepts no liability for any damage.

2. BINDING NATURE OF THE REGISTRATION

Registration can be canceled free of charge up to 3 weeks before the start of the workshop. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail or letter. In the event of later cancellation, no-show or early departure from the workshop, the full fees must be paid. Participants have the option of proposing a suitable substitute.

The organization or workshop management is entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

  • In the event of illness or accident of the workshop leader

  • In the event of force majeure that makes it impossible to hold the workshop

  • If the required minimum number of participants is not reached

In the event of withdrawal by the organization or workshop leader, the participants will be informed immediately. In this case, any workshop fees already paid will be refunded. Further costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs, will not be reimbursed.
